Conference fee

The conference fee of 450 EUR covers full board and lodging (single room), welcome reception, guided sightseeing voyage by a small ship over the Sozh river, excursion, conference dinner and conference proceedings. The fee for accompanying person is 350 EUR.

For late registration and direct cash payment at the place of the conference, the fee is 500 EUR for the conference participant and 350 EUR for the accompanying person.

A limited amount of financial support will be available for students and those coming from developing countries. Please contact the organizers at ismd2009@sosny.bas-net.by before 30 June 2009.


Audiovisual and email facilities

A digital projector and an overhead projector will be available for the talks. Speakers are requested to prepare talks in pdf, ppt or ps format, if possible. The conference room and its surroundings will be covered by wireless INTERNET. There will also be few outlets to connect the notebooks via cable.


Social program

A welcome reception will be held on Friday evening, September 4. On Saturday evening, September 5, there will be a concert of the folk music. Half a day excursion is planned for the afternoon of Monday, September 7. The excursion will encompass the historic town of Gomel. A conference dinner is scheduled for Tuesday evening, September 8.

The swimming-pool with warm mineral water is available from the 5th up to 8th September included (7.00-8.00).
